COACHES
Hon. Regina Walter
Ansel Carpenter
Anna Brent
The Honorable Regina Walter is a CC alumna and El Paso County Court judge.
Though she did speech and debate in college, Regina had never coached mock trial before her daughter's high school team. After coaching that team for several years, she decided to leave her position. She was almost immediately asked to coach CC's Mock Trial Team in its first year, the 2013-14 academic year. Under her guidence, the first-year team was ranked one of the top 20 in the nation and took first place at its regional competition.
Aside from her roles as a judge and mock trial coach, Regina is a mother of two and cares deeply about social justice. She is greatly loved and respected (and a little feared) by the students she coaches.
